Mask selection
A medical mask and a tight-fitting respirator serve different purposes. An ASTM mask level, when stated on the box, does not make a mask an N95 respirator. Choose respiratory protection based on the setting and applicable guidance.
How to wear
Clean hands first. Orient the mask as directed, secure the earloops and cover the nose, mouth and chin. Shape the nosepiece, if present, for the best fit. Avoid touching the front while wearing it.
Changing and disposal
Replace a mask when damp, soiled, damaged or difficult to breathe through. Remove by the loops, dispose of it and clean hands. Do not share, wash or reuse a disposable mask. Keep unused masks clean and dry. Do not assume certification, filtration percentages or fluid resistance unless shown on this product's verified label.
