Some product information is generated with AI and may contain translation errors or terminology that differs from professional usage. Please check the actual product and packaging. Colors and product appearance may also vary with your device, settings, and configuration.

We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of any product or service you purchase will meet your expectations or match its presentation in our online store.

Product descriptions may change at any time without notice, and we reserve the right to interpret them. We may discontinue any product at any time and, on a case-by-case basis, limit quantities offered to any person, region, or jurisdiction.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Starside Drugs may accept or decline an order for any reason at its sole discretion. An order is not accepted until Starside Drugs confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before accepting your order.

5. Shipping and delivery

We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the products to the carrier.

All other names, logos, designs, and slogans appearing in the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.

Starside Drugs is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, all sales and purchases in our store are directly between you and Starside Drugs.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Starside Drugs, including injuries, damages, or losses resulting from products and services purchased. Your Feedback must not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or other personal or proprietary rights. It must not contain defamatory, unlawful, abusive, or obscene material, viruses, or other malicious software that could affect the Services or a related website. 14.4. An Agent must identify all HTTP/HTTPS requests as originating from an Agent and disclose its name by including “Agent/[Agent Name]” in the user-agent string. It must not conceal or obscure that access, use, or interaction originates from an Agent, including by imitating human behavior or completing or circumventing CAPTCHAs or other measures designed to distinguish computers from humans. It must answer truthfully any questions or prompts intended to determine whether an interaction is human or computer-generated. It must not circumvent measures intended to prevent, limit, modify, or control Agents’ access to or interaction with the Services.

15. Termination

We may terminate this agreement or your access to any part of the Services at any time, at our sole discretion and without notice. You remain responsible for all amounts owed up to and including the termination date.

Provisions concerning intellectual property, Feedback, termination, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, severability, waiver, the entire agreement, assignment, governing law, privacy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

Information provided through the Services is for general reference only. We do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness. Reliance on it is entirely at your own risk. This limitation applies whether a claim is based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or another legal theory, and whether it arises from using the Services or a product obtained through them, or from another claim related to the Services or a product, including errors or omissions in content or losses arising from content or products posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

18. Indemnification

You and Starside Drugs consent to proceedings in, and the personal jurisdiction of, the federal and state or territorial courts in that jurisdiction.
