Uses

For occasional difficulty sleeping. This is a medicinal sleep aid; it is not a melatonin supplement.

How to use

Adults and children ages 12 and older: take one softgel at bedtime if needed, or as directed by a doctor. Do not use for children under 12. Follow the label and avoid taking an additional dose in the same night.

Important safety information

Do not combine with any other diphenhydramine-containing product, including one applied to skin. Avoid alcohol. Ask a doctor about chronic breathing problems, glaucoma or difficulty urinating; ask a doctor or pharmacist about sedatives or tranquilizers.
