Active ingredients
Each 30 mL contains acetaminophen 650 mg for pain and fever, dextromethorphan HBr 20 mg for cough, guaifenesin 400 mg to loosen mucus and phenylephrine HCl 10 mg labeled as a nasal decongestant. Choose a combination product only when its ingredients fit your symptoms.
Directions
Adults and children 12 years and older: take 30 mL every 4 hours while symptoms last, using the enclosed cup. Do not exceed 150 mL in 24 hours unless a doctor directs otherwise. Under 12: ask a doctor.
Before use
Do not combine with other acetaminophen products or use with an MAOI or within 2 weeks of stopping one. Ask about liver disease, high blood pressure, heart disease, warfarin, persistent cough, pregnancy or breastfeeding. Seek advice for fever over 3 days or symptoms over 7 days. Get immediate medical help after an overdose, even without symptoms.
