How to Use

• Dosage and Administration: Adults (18 years and older) take 1 capsule daily 30 minutes before breakfast, swallowed whole; do not chew or break. Effects may be seen within 1-4 days of continuous use. Recommended treatment course is no more than 14 days.
• Precautions: Do not use for individuals under 18 years of age; seek immediate medical attention if you experience difficulty swallowing, bloody vomit, or unexplained weight loss; consult a doctor if using continuously for more than 14 days; pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use; keep out of reach of children.
