Warming patch format
The manufacturer's formula combines methyl salicylate and menthol with nonivamide, which produces a warming stimulus. The larger round format suits broader areas than the standard small coin-size patch.
Application
Peel the backing and apply to clean, dry, intact skin on the affected area. Follow the box for the number of patches, wearing time and replacement frequency. Avoid overlapping patches or adding a heating pad; more heat does not improve safe use.
Before use
Do not place near eyes or on mucous membranes, irritated skin or wounds. Remove if there is strong burning, redness, itching or blistering. Ask a clinician before use with a salicylate allergy, during pregnancy or for children. Check persistent pain rather than repeatedly covering the same area. Keep unused patches away from children.
