Hisamitsu Mohrus Tape L is a Japanese prescription topical ketoprofen preparation. This pack contains seven L-size patches; each patch contains ketoprofen 40 mg, an NSAID used for localized pain and inflammation.
Use with professional guidance
This is a medicated NSAID patch, rather than a general cooling adhesive. Use only under appropriate clinician guidance and follow the supplied directions. Apply to intact skin; avoid wounds, eczema, rashes and mucous membranes. Ask before combining it with oral or topical NSAIDs.
Important sunlight precautions
Ketoprofen can cause serious photosensitivity. Protect the application site from sunlight and UV exposure with suitable clothing during treatment and for a period after stopping, as directed by your clinician. Thin or white fabric may not adequately block UV. Remove and seek medical advice if a rash develops.
Who should avoid it
Do not use with a history of photosensitivity or aspirin-induced asthma, or during late pregnancy. Other pregnancy stages require a clinician's assessment. Confirm allergy warnings and age restrictions before use.
