Apply and remove
Open the pouch, remove the sheet and peel off the transparent film.
Place the gel surface on the forehead or the area needing cooling comfort, following the package precautions.
Remove after use and discard; this is a disposable sheet.
Adult supervision
Babies and young children require constant, direct adult supervision. Read the package warnings before applying, and remove the sheet if irritation develops.
What is in the gel?
A water-based polymer gel with a small amount of menthol and preservatives. The manufacturer states the sheets contain neither latex nor gelatin. They contain no fever-reducing medicine.
Storage and other medicines
Refrigeration is optional; do not freeze. Keep unused sheets in their original pouches. The sheets can be used alongside internal medicines, while each medicine's own directions still apply.
Does it replace fever care?
Cooling comfort does not treat the cause of a fever. Continue appropriate temperature monitoring and seek medical advice for concerning or persistent symptoms.
