Ingredients

Directions
Ages 12+: open the pouch, cut to fit if desired, remove the backing and apply to clean, dry affected skin at most 3–4 times daily. Under 12: ask a doctor; do not use for arthritis-like conditions.
Important precautions
External use only. Avoid eyes, mucosa and damaged skin; no heating pads or tight bandages. Ask a doctor first if the area is red. Stop and seek advice for worsening symptoms, pain lasting over seven days, quick recurrence or significant irritation. Keep away from children; seek medical help if swallowed.
