Uses

Helps relieve occasional sleeplessness. This product is intended for short-term use, not an ongoing treatment plan for persistent insomnia.

How to use

Adults and children ages 12 and older: take one tablet approximately 30 minutes before bed, once daily. Do not take more than directed or repeat the dose during the same night. Use only when time for a full night's sleep is available. Do not use in children under 12.

Avoid alcohol, driving and operating machinery. Ask a doctor about glaucoma, chronic breathing problems or difficulty urinating from an enlarged prostate; ask a doctor or pharmacist about sedatives, tranquilizers or other sleep aids. Can I combine it with a nighttime cold medicine?

Nighttime cold medicines may already contain a sedating antihistamine. Ask a pharmacist before combining them. If sleeplessness continues for more than two weeks, stop self-treatment and consult a doctor.
