Uses

How to use
Adults and children ages 12 and older: start with one tablet every four to six hours while symptoms persist. If one tablet does not relieve pain or fever, two may be used. Do not exceed six tablets in 24 hours unless directed by a doctor. Use the smallest effective dose. For children under 12, ask a doctor. Take with food or milk if stomach upset occurs.
Important safety information
NSAIDs can cause severe allergic reactions, serious stomach bleeding, and increased heart attack or stroke risk. Do not use after an allergic reaction to a pain reliever or immediately before or after heart surgery. Ask a doctor about ulcers, bleeding, heart or kidney disease and other medicines. Avoid taking another NSAID without professional advice. From 20 weeks of pregnancy onward, use only if specifically directed by a doctor.
Common question
When should I stop treating symptoms myself?
Stop and seek medical advice if pain worsens or lasts over 10 days, fever worsens or lasts over three days, or new symptoms develop. Seek urgent help for vomiting blood, black stools, chest pain, difficulty breathing or an allergic reaction.
