Eagle Brand Medicated Oil is a concentrated external analgesic supplied in a 24 mL bottle for minor muscle and joint aches.
What it helps with
The menthol and methyl-salicylate formula temporarily relieves minor pain from simple backache, arthritis, strains, sprains and bruises. Classic and Aromatic versions have different ingredient percentages; check your bottle's Drug Facts.
How to apply
Apply a small amount to intact skin and gently rub into the affected area no more than 3–4 times daily, following the package's age directions. Consult a doctor before use on a child if the supplied version's age limit is unclear.
Before use
Do not use on wounds, damaged skin, eyes or mucous membranes. Do not bandage tightly or add a heating pad. Ask about salicylate allergy, blood thinners, pregnancy or breastfeeding. Stop for severe irritation or symptoms lasting over 7 days. Keep out of children's reach and get immediate medical help if swallowed.
