Online orders

We ship throughout the United States. Free shipping applies to merchandise totals of US$69 or more after discounts, excluding tax and shipping. Below US$69, USPS or UPS live rates plus a 10% handling fee apply; the charge is displayed at checkout.

New customers receive 10% off their first merchandise order of US$35 or more, subject to eligibility verification at checkout. The free-shipping threshold uses the merchandise total after discounts.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 2–5 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Prescription delivery

The pharmacy team must separately confirm prescription status, delivery address and applicable requirements. Submitting prescription information online does not approve delivery.
