  Merchandise totals of US$39 or more after discounts (excluding tax and shipping): free shipping.
• 优惠后商品金额未满 US$39：按 USPS 或 UPS 实时运费加收 10% 手续费，具体费用在结账时显示。
  Merchandise totals under US$39 after discounts: USPS or UPS live shipping rates plus a 10% handling fee. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout.
